Trust
For me, dentistry is all about trust.
I am hugely appreciative that so many people have allowed me to treat them over the years.
It’s a real privilege and nothing gives me more professional pleasure than seeing my restorative dental work surviving for many, many years in those patients who attend regularly.
Having done many advanced post-graduate courses, mainly in the USA, I feel positive that BelleVue Dental’s expert and preventive approach helps patients enjoy the best possible oral and dental health.
Prevention
Since I qualified as a dentist in the early 1980s, our profession has embraced huge changes in dental equipment, materials and digital technology.
Despite this, prevention is still the key to positive dental outcomes. We now have the knowledge to avoid so many dental problems, which is why BelleVue Dental puts prevention at the forefront of its patient care.
The big question I ask patients is “Why spend lots of time and money and have the anxiety of going to the dentist, when many treatments could be prevented with a little self-help?”
We put a lot of effort into educating patients about oral hygiene and lifestyle as this impacts the longevity of their dental treatments.
